How To Install Mageplaza/SocialLogin

Magento 2 Social Login extension is designed for quick login to your Magento store without processing complex register steps. We can get rid of the complicated registration process and unnecessarily required fields.With the help of Social Login extension we can integrate your Magento customer account to Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram channel. Logging in via social media is a great idea to enhance your customer’s satisfaction.

Instead of signing up a new account by Magento default, Magento 2 Social Login supports entirely the social buttons that are right on the login page. The social login module will autotake personal information from customer’s social account like email address and password if he has already logged in that social network. If not yet the module only requires his email address and password to finish the step.

Module Flow: After installation, Go to

Admin->Stores->Configuration->Mageplaza->Social Login

Goto the General Settings,

First activate the version 4.1.3

Enable – Select option Yes or No

Send Password To Customers – Choose options Yes or No option

Show Social Login Buttons On – Select options on which pages you want to show buttons.

Use Popup Login – Select the options from the given options.

Use Popup Login As Authentication Popup – Social Login popup will be used to replace Magento Default Login popup if “Allow Guest Checkout” is No.

Popup Links Selector – Select the popup links like .header.links, .section-item-con

Require More Info. – Select options from the given list.

Require Enter Password – Required enter password confirmation when logging in with social for the first time on an existing account.

Information Required – In the Information required field you can choose options – Email Name Password

Popup Effect – Select the options from the given options.

Custom CSS – we can write custom css accordingly.

Add settings for the social logins.

For the Facebook, Google, Amazon, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Foursquare, Instagram, Vkontakte, Github, Live, Zalo

Enable – You can enable the options by selecting the yes option.

Facebook App ID – Create ID for Facebook App ID accordingly.

Facebook App Secret – Create Facebook App secret accordingly.

Valid OAuth redirect URLs – you can add the local magento URLs.

Sort Order – You can sort the numbers accordingly.

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Google

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Amazon

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Twitter

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->LinkedIn

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Yahoo

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Foursquare

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Instagram

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Vkontakte

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Github

Goto Store->Settings->Configuration->Mageplaza Extension-> Social Login->Live

Configure the settings for all social login sites just like Facebook.

In the front-end when customers sign in or when you create new customers, it also gives the option to sign in for the above social media sites.
